Means of verification:
Summary of work undertaken, with evidence (e.g. links, report names), showing that: - that risk assessment ithat includes risks of reversals has been done (e.g. via EIA, SESA, ESA, ART/TRD risk assessment tool, consultation process, FMP process/content) for REDD+ related activities - that drivers are identified/analysed (e.g. via drivers analysis, in FMPs, in ERPDs, in NRS, etc) - that risk mitigation plans and/or measures to reduce risk are developed & documented (e.g. in NRS, ESMF, FMPs etc) - information on any measures implemented (e.g. from monitoring reports), including buffers
